​​​Main PointsMust have extensive GAAP experienceIdeally looing for someone coming from Healthcare Industry Must have 2+ years of Management  experience Pay: 100k-20k+ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:month and end-year processaccounts payable/receivablecash receiptsgeneral ledgerpayroll and utilitiestreasury, budgetingcash forecastingrevenue and expenditure variance analysiscapital assets reconciliationstrust account statement reconciliations,check runsfixed asset activitydebt activityMonitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statementsEstablish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principlesCoordinate and complete annual auditsProvide recommendationsImprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actionsMeet financial accounting objectivesEstablish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.A minimum of 5 years professional accounting experience with 2 years of relevant management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities and issues of varying complexity, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines and deliverables.Proficiency in Excel and Word.​​​​​​​Excellent analytical and communication skills
