Administrative Coordinator - Maintenance Department

Responds to maintenance issues reported by guests, owners, and other departments by coordinating with the appropriate facilities personnel/management and/or outside vendors to find a resolution. Follows up to ensure the issue was taken care of in a timely and satisfactory manner. Assists with coordinating any follow up maintenance that may be required. Maintains daily logs of information pertaining to work performed, hours worked, parts, and materials used for each service order. Assists with posting completed service orders and performs backup duties to the Inventory Controller position. Day shift, weekends required.
