About The Career:\n\nThe APP is defined as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP). The role of the APP is to assist in the evaluation and management of patients, with and without physician medical supervision in a fashion that demonstrates administrative and philosophical compatibility with Montrose Regional Health. Within scope of practice, APP will exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. The APP may perform hospital rounding per the requirements of the patient census and in support of the physician\/provider needs. \n\n

All About You:\n\n2+ years of Gastroenterology experience.\nGraduate of an accredited Physician Assistant\/Nurse Practitioner program. \nCurrent, or able to obtain, Colorado State License as a Physician Assistant\/Nurse Practitioner.\nCurrent certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants\/Nurse Practitioner.\nBLS Certification.\nActive DEA license.\n\n
