Overview

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: 
This position will be supporting recruiting operations activities and sourcing activities. Also, will support on projects that are part of Process Improvement of the Acquisition Center and other activities such as process documentation and communication templates.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:  

•   Support with references and background check activities.
•   Support with the recruiting report, metrics and KPIs dashboard.
•   Support the other recruiters with the administrative activities of the recruitment process.
•   Proactive Recruiting
•   Support on the internal audits.
•   Data managing of candidate database.
•   Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
•   Posting job positions (when necessary).
•   Scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers.
•   Application of psychometric tests.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

 

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Skills:

•   Technical skills
o   Psychometrics test (application)
o   Keep up with background check files and reports.
o   Follow up the recruiting administrative activities.
o   Support on the process improvement projects for the area.
o   Ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).


•   Soft skills
o   Ability to work in a results-oriented atmosphere.
o   Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o   Excellent problem-solving skills.

Languages:

•   Intermediate English

Experience:


•   At least 6 months of experience in recruiting operations activities.

Education:

•   Degree on Human Resources, Business Management or Psychology.
