Wendy’s is looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT Security Strategies team. As part of this team, the Analyst will be working directly on key strategic programs while responsible for analyzing business data, documenting, and creating new systems and processes and shepherding business relationships to enable open communications channels along the way. The Analyst role will require project management technical expertise to help the business and technical leadership right-size work sequencing with requirements. The person may be creating, capturing requirements, tracking changes, understanding the sequence of work required, identifying risks and issues for escalation, and monitoring and reporting on work and progress. They will need to understand resource capacities and well as have an interest and drive in expanding their knowledge of Information Security. 

The Analyst role will be responsible to identify conflicting business requirements or work sequence challenges and be able to articulate this to leadership while helping plan streamlined workloads to resolve the conflicts.  This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to act as liaison between the technical team and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities Maintain the Wendy's Technology shared services catalog for North America by: Coordinating with Service Managers for annual service reviews and updates.Analyze and document current technology stacks that support the Franchisees.Collaborating with Service Managers, IT Finance, Franchise Management and Legal to execute catalog updates that will enhance and clearly define our service models (Full Support, Full Support without Help Desk, Self-Support and Non-Traditional).Provide Portfolio Management Task and Resource support for annual/ongoing time tracking. Store and organize North American WeTech agreements.

Produce reports, timeline and graphics to communicate expectation and progress to stakeholders.

Execute Operational Excellence in Program Management Activities for projects as assigned, including:

Providing oversight and delivery support as needed.Reporting overall program status on a regular cadence to teams.Provide support and reports to Manager to prepare for WTAC and the Board of Directors.Escalating risks, concerns, and/or issues as needed.Audit and follow up with team members as it relates to planning, development, execution, and general management of their support IT projects to drive accountability.Document requirements captured with partners/Product Owners to clarify business objectives, roadmap of products, assist with the sequencing of requirements, optimizing efficiencies of product outcomes and to communicate these items to leadership on a regular cadence.

Develop and maintain key relationships within the business to drive standard business processes, champion security initiatives and ensure open communications flow of data between Data, Legal, Info Security, Restaurant Engineering/Operations…

What we expect from you Education: Bachelors Degree5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, technical program management or project manager role, or equivalent work experienceProven team player who works well with both technical and non-technical resourcesCandidate must be comfortable with multitasking across several projects and managing several stakeholders at any given timeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience creating detailed requirements and presentationsProfessional Certification – One or more of the following:

Project Management Institute Professional Management Professional™ (PMP). IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt™ (ICBB™), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe POPM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other industry recognized certifications.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors.  This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. *  The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.

Pay Range: $69,000 - $117,000 Annually
