Position Summary
Develops swim programs and orients participants on proper stroke mechanics and techniques necessary to improve ability to swim effectively.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1.
Demonstrates professional knowledge of different levels of swimming techniques to provide one-on-one and group training appropriate to the age and skill of the participant.
2.
Demonstrates imagination and enthusiasm in providing participants with interesting and exciting swim instruction.
3.
Recognizes participant retention importance by generating new ideas to promote swim lessons to clientele.
4.
Exhibits professional time management skills to ensure lesson schedule is reliable and classes are executed on-time to guarantee a seamless flow of classes.
Work Contact Group (Internal/External)
Wellness Center personnel, nurses, therapists, patients, members, visitors, swim lesson participants, parents/families and other allied health professionals.
