Summary:

As a Loss Prevention Specialist you’ll be part of the team responsible for loss prevention, safety and security initiatives, ensuring the day-to-day protection of employees and merchandise.

Areas of Responsibility:

Provide protection of all company's assets including people, property, and informationControl trailer yard activities, alarm systems and access controls, parking lots, and all other key areas in the centerControl the movement of trailer/vehicle traffic entering or leaving the yard areaControl merchandise entering or leaving the facilityAssist and support LP Management and Supervision with investigationsContribute to shrink reduction initiatives in areas of associate awareness, audits, and trainingConduct audits to address accuracy and shrink issuesMaintain fire and safety regulations within the Distribution Center.

 

Qualifications:

4 to 6 years of experience in Security or Loss Prevention with High School Diploma2 to 4 years of experience in Security or Loss Prevention with an Associate’s DegreeExperience with CCTV Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Burglar Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Yard Management Systems and MS Office programs.Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
