Responsibilities:
Assisting the Production Manager with daily payroll and scheduling, printing the work orders, and managing inventory.Emails and phone call communications are frequent between the builders’ Superintendents for scheduling and the Suppliers to set up deliveries.General office, including answering phones and assisting other office personnel
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plusMust have computer experience.Must know Excel & OutlookMust be detailed orientedPayroll experience a plus, but not requiredAble to work independentlyConstruction experience is a plus but not required
