The replacement of this position will have a favorable impact on NJMS as it will provide the opportunity of maintaining projected budgeted volume/revenue. The clinical duties to be assigned to the replacement hire will meet the Department’s commitment of providing emergent clinical care within the Emergency Room and to contribute to further developing and expanding upon the clinical service at University Hospital.
