As an Assistant Program Supervisor, you will assist the Program Supervisor to:

Ensure appropriate supervision of students.Maintain the required ratio for coverage.Fill open shifts as needed.Participate in the on-call rotation.Train new staffCommunicate information.Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to our students.Complete other tasks and projects related to the daily operation of the program.QualificationsMust be at least 21 years old.High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred.Demonstrated skills working with children and/or adolescents having developmental and behavioral disabilities with associated emotional, neurological, and intellectual disorders. A minimum of one year of experience.Supervisory experience or training is a plus.A valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Schedule & Benefit Information

Pay range: $22-23.25/hour
