We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Program Manager - Technical Writer. In this role, you will provide essential support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs\/contracts. You will be a key member of the Program Management Team and Business Development Operations:\n
\n

As an Assistant Program Manager, your duties include:\n

\u00b7 Manage contracts and assist with contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and maintaining accurate records of contract documents.\n

\u00b7 Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.\n

\u00b7 Participate in meetings with stakeholders, provide administrative support to the program team, and facilitate communication among team members. Contribute to the development of program policies and procedures, as well as assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness and outcomes.\n

\u00b7 Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.\n

\u00b7 Help develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.\n

\u00b7 Maintain positive client relationships\n

\u00b7 Contribute to the creation and maintenance of program policies and procedures.\n

\u00b7 Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.\n

\u00b7 Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to determine staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies on appropriate platforms, screening resumes, and conduct interviews.\n

\u00b7 Provide administrative support to the program team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.\n

\u00b7 Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining recruitment records\n
\n

As a technical writer, you will develop, write, and finalize responses to clients and prospect RFIs. You will coordinate the interaction between Business Development and key business leaders, collect the most pertinent and strategic content for RFIs\/RFPs. You also maintain and improve upon RFI\/RFP processes, while developing and managing the collective RFI\/RFP content library.\n

Clearance: Able to obtain a Secret Clearance\n
\n

Experience\/Education:\n

\u00b7 Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field\n

\u00b7 Previous experience in program management, contract administration, or a related field is preferred\n

\u00b7 Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\n

\u00b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.\n

\u00b7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.\n

\u00b7 Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.\n

\u00b7 Minimum of two (2) years' experience in proposal writing in response to Federal and\/or State Request for Proposals (RFP) and analyzing \/ understanding RFP requirements\n

\u00b7 Demonstrated writing skills, including composition of effective and strategic RFIs, and RFP\/RFQ.\n
