Our Herndon, VA and Warrenton, VA offices are looking for a Survey Assistant Project Manager who embodies this purpose.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

As a Survey Assistant Project Manager at Bohler, you will: 

 

Prepare, review and monitor field surveys on numerous projects simultaneouslyAssist in directing field and office staff to execute field surveysPerform quality control of all survey documents, including survey plans, record plats, descriptions, and review of title commitment reportsPrepare and review CAD work, plats and final surveysSurvey boundary analysis and computations of ALTA, topography, utility and roadway surveys utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3DAssist in training and management of survey department field crews, CAD technicians and support staffSchedule and coordinate between other departments and companiesOther duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

Team building activities/eventsBachelor's Degree in Surveying or related field5+ years of experiencePLS preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsStrong multi-tasking and follow-up skillsAbility to prioritize, good time management skills and proactive approachSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and as team member
