Job Description

Company Communications: Lead internal communications related to company strategies, programs, and changes. Communications will span corporate comms for internal audiences and People Comms. Craft and deliver messaging that informs and inspires our 20,000 colleagues, guiding them through their journey within the organization.

Partnerships and Stakeholder Management: Lead partnerships with stakeholders within Operations and People teams, as well as various creative teams and external providers. Drive integrated planning with Internal Communications and other stakeholders.

Executive Partnership: Act as an executive partner and communications consultant to product and program owners. Provide confident advice on the best ways to clarify complex matters and communicate them effectively to our people

Own our internal ‘newsroom’: from acting as Editor in Chief of internal publications (including weekly newsletter and intranet homepage) to building a network of internal sources and partners, you will own all aspects of the editorial process from identifying timely angles and stories, to conducting research or interviews, to creating and publishing content, including defining the story format (profiles, Q&As, news items, etc.) to explore new ways to tell our stories. All content will need to align with internal communications strategies and key messages. 

Qualifications

Successful Candidates Will:

Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in internal or corporate communications, with a focus on change management and People communications.Have experience of owning tracks of work, putting together comms plans and schedules, and then executing those plans with support from other team members.Possess excellent writing and editing skills, with a background in editorial, persuasive, or strategic writing.You will thrive on story mining and reporting. You know how to discover and build a good story. From pursuing ideas and identifying sources to asking the right questions, you love getting to the root of what matters.Thrive on relationship building and executive partnerships.Lead partnerships with internal creative teams and external providers.Be curious, creative, and critical thinkers, always asking "why" and exploring new ways to effectively communicate.Operate with an entrepreneurial spirit, being proactive, excited to try new things, and unafraid of failure.Be strong relationship-builders, comfortable engaging with different partners in a large, global organization.Be data-driven, embracing analytics and motivated by impact, with a focus on achieving communication goals.Have familiarity with email marketing tools (Populo, Mailchimp, etc.) or other publishing platforms (internal or external websites, Medium, etc.)
