Audit Manager

Salary: 120-190k (based off experience) 

Overview

Seeking managers to perform and supervise audits, reviews and compilations for nonprofits, government contractors, manufacturers, long term care providers (nursing homes, assisted living facilities and continuing care retirement communities), construction contractors and professional service firms. The successful candidate will also prepare corresponding tax returns.

Duties

Meet with Audit Committee to identify audit schedule and targetInitiate independent departmental auditsWork with Department Heads to iron out and discrepanciesAnalyse and and consolidate departmental audits into one report for presentationCreate audit finding presentations to be shown to the Audit CommitteeDelegate work overflow to subordinate staffReview accounting proceduresInvestigate and determine causes and irregularities

Requirements

Must have a CPA7 years of Audit experience and leadership experience in the fieldBachelors Degree in related field
