Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet and consult with the customer on applicable service needs Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations. Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes Build and maintain relationship with the customer

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership setting required Strong communication skills to deal with customers and employees Proficient computer skills Positive, can-do attitude MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures
