Overview:

2020 Companies is searching for part time Brand Ambassadors to join our Shared Services team.

This position will be responsible for increasing sales and brand awareness at retail locations in and around the area of residing, promoting and training on specific products and/or services. Brand Ambassadors may also ensure the retailer is merchandised to brand standards. Additionally, this role will administer approved training and sales tactics along with building and maintaining partnerships with retail personnel and store leadership.

Job Description:

As a per requested need (PRN) part-time employee, your hours will vary week to week to work assignments in your market. Your work hours and work location may vary from week to week, occasional weekends and/or holidays based on store/client requirements as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged time standing, up to 8 hoursAbility to walk, bend, twist, squat, and climb, as well as upper and lower body mobilityLift 25 to 50 pounds from floor to eye level depending on work assignment

Qualifications:

Six (6)+ months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferredMust have a smart wireless device to be used for job acceptance, scheduling, and reportingMust have reliable transportationMust be willing to submit to background and drug checkAbility to perform independently and multi-task in a fast paced, unstructured/team work environmentDemonstrated knowledge of products and servicesExcellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsStrong English oral and written communication skillsCapable and willing to interact with consumersAble and willing to follow required PPE based on local laws and retailer requirementsApplicant must pass assisted sales and training knowledge assessment
