Overview Responsible for painting anywhere at the resort as directed. This may include: inside, outside work, buildings, stairs, decks, walls. General maintenance and repair may be required before or after painting. Will assist with other departments, i.e. electrical, carpentry and plumbing as needed. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests. Responsibilities Painting as directed indoor and outdoor. Perform general maintenance and repair jobs which may include carpentry assistance. Attend all company and department training programs as required. Help with other departments as needed. Contribute to team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
