Business Analyst - Agile

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Understand business processes and end user requirements and implement new business processes as and when needed. Should be a self-starter, work with business users to understand the problem and provide solutions Design, develop, test, document, and deploy system configuration changes, workflows, process extensions, and events in collaboration with cross-functional business teams Analyze the Legacy Tools and map with Agile PLM and ERP integration. Perform technical implementation of mapping legacy data sets to create item and BOM structure, user roles and user groups on PC, PQM & PG&C modules  Configure and support security model and related roles, groups, and privileges. Guiding end users with Product changes and making configuration changes. Monitor support queues and providing timely resolution to business users

Education & Experience

7+ years of extensive Oracle Agile PLM experience. Must have a Bachelors / Master’s degree in Engineering / MCA / MBA Must be a US Citizen residing in US Experience in administering Agile 9.3.x or above (Create/Modify WF, Roles and Privileges, ACS, use of Agile admin tools, create events, handlers and subscribers, manage data, system, server and user settings) Experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design and implementation. Experience in implementing Oracle PLM Cloud Experience in supporting various ERP integrations with applications like Oracle, SFDC, MES & SAP.

Skills

Must have worked extensively on design and development of Agile SDK, Groovy Scripting. Expertise in Agile PQM module is a must, need to be able to work with business to understand the problem and provide solutions and enhancements on NCR, FAI, CSR, CAPA and other Quality objects Strong skills in making changes to Workflows to suit business needs Experience in mass loading various data elements Good understanding of Agile security structure and making changes to them Knowledge of how the ITAR, EAR and other key sensitive data is handled, and provide solutions to manage them Should possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Efficient in verbal & written communication skills. Technical knowledge of Oracle SQL and Oracle Databases is expected. Java programming and Agile Web Service knowledge is necessary. Knowledge of Agile extension tools like Xavor Watermarking, Hitachi SCMNet is a plus Exposure to integrating Agile with CAD/PDM tools is a plus

Working Conditions

Flexible to work in early morning and late evenings to co-ordinate and work with Europe and Asia users Should be self-starter, able to review and manage support issues independently Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
