Duties and Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify and qualify new customers and potential opportunities Identify all equipment sales and service contracts and evaluate as to the potential and resources needed to convert to a new customer Prioritize all prospects, develop and implement conversion sales plan. Familiarize each prospect with the full range of Heubel – Shaw’s products and service and promote the benefits resulting from their use. Create and develop strong, productive relationships with clients. Provide regular reports to management as required. Support the development of department and corporate sales and marketing plans. Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Work with all departments and employees to ensure quality of customer service.

 

 

Ideal candidate will possess: 

-Prior industry or similar experience is desirable but not required. 

-Strong interpersonal skills, positive winning attitude, good presentation skills, ability to relate sales objectives to customer needs and articulate business benefits to the prospect in a way that results in sales. 

-Ability to establish and develop relationships that promote aftermarket sales on a continuing basis. 

-Use analytical skills to utilize market research to support sales efforts.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

-Must maintain valid Driver’s license, an acceptable driving record and must show proof of current car insurance.
