Arhaus is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in using Business Intelligence systems such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, or DOMO. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for delivering business insights, training business partners, and implementing Data policy across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will understand product lifecycle, sales, distribution, etc. and a comprehensive approach to problem solving. The Business Intelligence Analyst will serve on a growing team with the goals to improve data literacy, build cross functional relationships, and create innovative solutions for our partners.

This position is on-site 5 days per week at our Boston Heights, Ohio Corporate Offices. Candidates must be local and able to come on-site.

Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be:

·       Deliver business insights to business partners to support their strategic decision-making processes.

·       Gather requirements to identify reporting needs and establish processes.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement.

·       Facilitate trainings for business partners in the use of new Business Intelligence systems and tools to drive adoption and ensure effective utilization.

·       Write and communicate data policies to ensure best practices are followed.

·       Collaborate with IT teams to identify, analyze and resolve data issues.

·       Develop and implement reporting solutions for our business partners.

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.

·       1-3 years of experience in using Business Intelligence systems such as Qlik, PowerBI, DOMO, or similar system.

·       Working knowledge of different data languages.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proven ability to deliver high-quality business insights and reports.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·       Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

·       Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·       Working knowledge of statistics and data modeling.
