Primary Responsibilities

In the role of CAD/BIM Specialist, we'll count on you to:

With occasional assistance from project engineers and managers, produce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs using computer-aided drafting software.Conduct field investigations and inspections as needed.Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience.3 years of experience in civil design with BIM programs is preferred.Requires good working knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, LDD, construction documents and technical knowledge.Land Desktop 2005 is desirable.Knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareCivil drafting background with underground utility experience.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

Facility (structural, piping and mechanical) experience.Prior structural engineering CAD related project experience.

The expected compensation range for this position is $19.25- $32.25 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles are eligible for limited benefits.)
