Your Role: As a Front of House Team Member, you will:\n\nBe the face of Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, greeting guests with a warm smile and guiding them through our unique menu selections.\nUse your active listening skills to understand guest preferences and confidently suggest meal and gift items to both first-time visitors and loyal regulars.\nMove swiftly to serve guests, learn from every experience, and proactively support your fellow team members across departments.\n\n

Who You Are: The ideal candidate for the Front of House Team Member role will exhibit:\n\nA proactive and positive approach to customer service, with the ability to engage guests and enhance their dining experience.\nThe capacity to work efficiently under pressure, quickly adapting to the ebb and flow of customer traffic.\nEagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within our dynamic team.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\n1+ years of customer service or serving experience is preferred, but not required.\nA commitment to adhering to local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards.\nFlexibility in scheduling, with availability to work shifts that may start as early as 7 am and end as late as 10 pm, Monday through Saturday.\nYou must be at least 16 years of age to qualify for this position.\n\n
