Organizes and oversees the clinical education in regards to Stroke patients. Assists with planning and implementation of Stroke education. Responsible for the operation of the Stroke program at all times. Liaison between staff, physicians, and EMS personnel, responsible for creating the Stroke competency program and RN competency testing, available to staff for problem solving and supervisory issues relating to Stroke Program. On call to the RN staff as needed for consultation & problem solving.  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, Registered Nurse CPR ACLS or equivalent. 5 years of experience in acute care or subject equivalent. Supervisory experience preferred.
