The purpose of the food and beverage supervisor is to provide first level supervision and operational support to an assigned F&B location within Hersheypark. 

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Supervise and facilitate F&B operations for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Monitor team members within their assigned location and see to the proper execution of F&B standards for food preparation and guest satisfaction.*

Provide on the spot training, coaching, leadership, and instruction to F&B team members*

Maintain knowledge of F&B offerings at multiple outlets throughout the Entertainment Complex. Demonstrate correct service standards through active participation in operational positions.*

Monitor daily financial results and report issues and concerns to the supervisor.*

Provide hands-on training to team members in order to maintain consistent service standards in support of the Hersheypark brand and food safety guidelines.*

Provide first line support to guests with issues or concerns. Escalate guest concerns as needed.*

Assist in seasonal event set-ups and other themed projects as needed.*

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of related experience.

Industry Experience - Amusement Park, Food & Beverage

18 years of age or older.

Post-Employment - ServSafe, Ramp

Completion of high school or GED

Must have a valid Drivers' License
