**Compliance Expert Operations (d/f/m)** **Compliance Expert Operations (d/f/m)** Job ID: 32111 Location: München, DE, 93055Regensburg, DE, 93055 As part of our Corporate Legal Compliance Team, you contribute to the efficient and effective management of the compliance project portfolio and support the Senior Manager Compliance Operations with the development, implementation, updating and maintenance of relevant compliance tools, processes and applications. You support the execution of regular global Legal Compliance Risk Assessments, as well as the Chief Compliance Officer’s reporting to various stakeholders regarding a variety of Compliance topics. **Your new responsibilities:** + Development and management of project plans and project documentation regarding Legal Compliance projects + Development and regular delivery of reports to various stakeholders + Support with the execution of the organization’s annual Compliance Risk Assessments, including through the definition of a homogeneous reporting approach, the global roll-out of Compliance Risk Assessments and the tracking of risk mitigation measures + Management of the Compliance risk mitigation process + Support a standardized, lean and effective reporting by Compliance globally + Supporting efficient project delivery by identifying and implementing relevant tools + Tracking of relevant group meetings and boards + Preparation of presentation input + Contribution to project work to meet deadlines + Support with the identification and implementation of efficiency improvement measures throughout the entire department **Your qualification:** + Successful completion of university degree in law, business administration or other comparable university degree + Long-term experience in the area of Governance Risk and Compliance within a company or management advisory firm + Experience in the area of (Compliance) Risk Assessments + Strong project management skills + High IT and tool affinity + Structured way of working + Business fluent English language skills, German is a plus + \# **passionate** in dealing with complex and conflicting situations - # **partnering** within the team as well as with all our stakeholders around the world - # **pioneering** in the search for continuous improvement of tools and processes At Vitesco Technologies, we place great importance on creating a working environment that promotes and actively supports diversity and inclusion.
