  The TeamThe Configurations team provides configuration services for complex product settings for both customer and internal change requests submitted by the Software Support team. This includes modifications and terminations. Evaluates setting requests and communicates with customers to ensure desire outcome is achieved. The role investigates ad hoc requests, determines feasibility, works with customers and other internal stakeholders to determine possible solutions, write scripts to make adjustments and demonstrate the outcomes of these changes.
  You Will BeCompleting setup of new wholesaler accounts, modifying existing accounts and acting as liaison with customer and wholesaler enabling customer’s desired order functionality. Setting up FTP/SFTP and testing for customers.  Updating parsers to maintain changing requirements. Delivering current configuration information to customers and collaborating with them to assist in maximizing the benefits of their 340B program. Completing maintenance requests for price file updates.Claiming Overrides - Data Corrections - changing eligibility based on customer request. Future fills are data changes to control future fills eligibility. Bulking user access for all system applications.Invoicing Ingestion.Completing project-based work to improve processes & workflows, including documentation updates.Determining best practices and developing insights and recommending regarding the current operations or issues the team faces. You Will BringEducated to degree level (relevant degree e.g., computer science, programming, or equivalent combination of related experience as a data analyst, business data analyst, programmer).Ability to learn programming skills to read & modify parsers.Basic SQL knowledge to provide suitable solutions and troubleshoot scripts.Problem-Solving skills.Customer Service skills.Good Oral and Written Communication skills.Experience with Data Analysis.Strong Teamwork skills.Exhibits high quality of work.Shows Initiative.Comprehensive knowledge of TCG’s 340B products.
