Are you someone with client or prospective client-facing experience and a consumer learning or data analytics background, if so this is a leadership role for you. As the Team Leader of the Consumer Learning Team, you would be responsible designing and managing efforts to gather internal and external consumer insights for company partners to help improve strategy, innovation and service enhancements across our firm.

 

The Opportunity:

 

As the Consumer Learning Team Leader, reporting to the VP - Global Communications, you’ll use your depth of expertise with our clients, consumer learning and data analytics to help our partners achieve their learning goals and improve solutions and enhancements that help our clients reach their long-term financial goals and our employees build lifelong careers. You will lead your team in projects and further career development.

 

Consumer Learning uses multiple tools to uncover details of the decisions people make and provides us with the opportunity to investigate why they do it. On an ongoing basis, we complete unique Consumer Learning projects at the request of our business clients across the firm. We also support ongoing learning efforts like the PCGI Client Satisfaction and Termination Learning surveys, and, our Investor Sentiment Survey and employee-facing surveys. Many of our projects are done at the request of EVPs or upper management to investigate some element of the client, prospective client or employee experience globally. You will also help manage our vendor relationships tied to consumer learning, such as Qualtrics and other survey systems.

 

The Day-to-Day:

Manage a variety of research projects to better understand our audiences and help expand into new marketsOversee research projects from end-to-end: design research plans; write surveys, stimuli and interview guides; manage scheduling, recruiting and programming; and summarize and present research findings for partners and leadershipUse your expertise to lead and influence, helping improve processes, identify opportunities and enhance how our Global Marketing department uses consumer and market researchDevelop meaningful relationships with your partners (CMO, Marketing VPs, legal and more) and external research partnersManage budgets for research projects with vendors

Your Qualifications:

10+ years' of client or prospective client-facing experience, plus, a background in consumer learning or data analyticsExperience in quantitative research and related platforms (ex: Qualtrics or similar)Workload prioritization across multiple tasks and projects with varying complexities and deadlinesUnderstand consumers and find business opportunities by learning about their behaviors, pain points and needsDesire to work in a collaborative environment, with opportunities to further develop as a leader in your fieldEffectively communicate with partners at all levels (CMO, VP's, Legal, Compliance)

Compensation:

$110,000-$150,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
