Responsible for managing a team and processes, to facilitate the accurate and timely financial close and reporting processes. Provide leadership and oversight in developing and adhering to accounting and compliance policies. Influence, direct and engage leaders across the organization. The team will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial scorecards and analysis.

What You'll be Doing:

Provide leadership and recommendations for creating, implementing and enforcing the company’s accounting policies and procedures.Responsible for overseeing and managing the preparation, review and approval of the Company’s financial statements and managing the accounting activities to ensure full compliance with GAAP.Coordinate the consolidation of foreign and domestic entity consolidations.Manage the audit process and act as liaison to address external Financial and Benefit audit requirements.Provide oversight for outside corporate business ventures.Work with Accounting Management and prepare period end financial closing activities and reporting.Produce accurate, timely and relevant financial reporting and analysis on the operations of the business.Develop and maintain financial scorecards, statistics and analysis that evaluate various strategic business models.Develop, mentor, coach and manage finance staff ensuring the development of employees through establishing objectives, providing cross-functional initiatives and efforts. This job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; may perform other duties as assigned or required.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

Bachelor of Accounting or Finance degree. CPA certification required.5+ years of related business experience, at least 3 years public accounting preferred.Excellent and proven leadership skills.Capability to direct internal and external project teams.Ability to solve problems.Strong focus on improving processes and implementing technology enhancements.Ability to analyze business proposals.Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.Excellent project management skills and experience.Customer and results orientated.Strong analytical, decision-making and planning skills.Strong communications skills both verbal and written.
