Responsible for safe transportation of CPRC clients
Writes daily progress notes so that billing can be turned in each day following service. Figures billing hours and balances the sign-in sheets with the progress notes to insure accurate billing
Is familiar with emergency procedures and equipment and exercises safety precautions, (i.e. drives with headlights on, sets emergency brake, puts vehicle in park when clients are loading or disembarking from vehicle).
Knows and practices safe food handling procedures and maintains proper certification
Notifies supervisor of existing or potential problems
