Northwest Medical Center- Springdale is an accredited chest pain and stroke facility, specializing in acute inpatient behavioral health, high acuity medical services including cardiac, bariatric, and robotic surgical procedures, where our seasoned professionals are patient focused, united as a family and challenged to meet critical community health care needs.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Preparing and maintaining medical equipment for surgical proceduresFollowing hospital regulations and industry procedures to tend to patient during pre-operation proceduresAssisting surgeons and other medical professionals before, during, and after proceduresPerforming pre-operation preparations to the patient's skin, body and medical equipmentTransporting patients to and from the operating room

Key qualifications for this role include:

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech ProgramCurrent National Certified Surgical Tech CertificationAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification required within 90 days of hire
