Retail Customer Service Representatives will interact with customers in the retail store to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

* Working Saturdays will be mandatory

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers directlyAssess customer needs and provide assistance and product informationCheckout and process sale orders, returns, and exchangesStock and organize inventory

Qualifications:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalentKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesKnowledge of relevant computer applicationsCommunication skills - verbal and writtenAttention to detail and accuracy
