 Day-in-the-Life as a Dell Brand Advocacy Representative

Typically work Wednesday - Sunday. The schedule is flexible to create a positive work/life balance as well as meet the needs of the business.

Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside of stores, including shoppers and retail associates

Ensure Intel’s retail brand standards are maintained by regularly inspecting all Intel-branded displays and marketing materials

Travel within assigned territory to physically visit various retailers, generating brand excitement from managers and retail associates

Shopper Experience

Enhance the Dell brand experience for shoppers

Demonstrate and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market

Be the in-store resource to answer questions, discuss product features, and provide hands-on demonstrations

Ensure all retailer sales personnel are highly knowledgeable on the unique selling points

Conduct experience events to engage Retail Sales Associates and customers

Brand Presence

Confirm display devices are clean, functional, and available for customers to use

Ensure Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained by inspecting branded displays and marketing materials

Conduct a survey of in-store branded fixtures and displays and record findings

Partner with store leaders on solutions for pricing or merchandising issues

Execute resets, including placement or removal of devices and marketing material

Market Intelligence

Provide insight into marketplace trends of territory retailers

Collect consumer insights weekly

Gather intelligence from stores that are exceeding sales performance

Provide data on competitor pricing, incentives, promotions, and customer preference or sentiment

2020 Companies has extensive and paid technology training courses for you before your start date.  While prior knowledge of technology is helpful, it is not a requirement. We are looking for people who strive to have genuine interactions to create brand Representatives for Nvidia amongst store associates and shoppers.

Job Description:

Build brand and promotion awareness with store associates and in-store leadership

Build effective professional relationships on behalf of 2020 and clients at both the store and customer level

Educate customers and retail associates and make product recommendations

Schedule and participate in assisted sales events

Deliver and communicate key promotional and product launch materials

Build and maintain brand presence through increased shelf space and product placement

Effectively assess and communicate on-site needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral, etc.

Responsible for accurately scheduling, tracking, and communicating all activity

Performance Measurements:

Visit designated stores and conduct assisted sales for the hours outlined.

Effectively execute promotional activities inside each location during all visits

Demonstrate an ongoing ability to establish, maintain, and influence business relationships through increased shelf space, product placement, and consistent productivity

Complete all training courses provided by 2020, Dell, and Retailers

Qualifications:

High energy, outgoing, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, self-starter who’s proficient in building lasting relationships

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

6+ months of previous retail experience

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Customer service orientation

Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail

Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment

Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
