Job Summary Responsible for the daily department operations. Manages staff members within the department. Consults with managers, staff, physicians, directors and the Vice President of Patient Services on nursing practice and interpretation of Hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department.  Acts as part of the overall management team for MRH. Evaluates the staff of the department(s) and assists to attain the Hospital's objectives established by the governing authority.  This position has supervisory responsibility for registered nurses, and radiology technologist. Regulatory Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, baccalaureate degree preferred. Current State Nursing License in the State of Ohio. Current BLS and ACLS certification required. Minimum of three years experience in a Cath Lab Language Skills Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Skills Excellent computer knowledge. Ability to operate office equipment.
