Job Description:

A dynamic patient education position focused on diabetes education.  Provides consultative education to inpatient and outpatients in a variety of settings, work in an established ADA Recognized facility with a multidisciplinary team providing services for Type 1, Type 2, Gestational diabetes and pre-diabetes populations.  Also provides coverage for staff needs.

• Registered Nurse, B.S.

• Kentucky License

• Minimum of two years experience in nursing

Willingness to pursue CDCES when eligible if not already obtained.
