Position Overview

We are in need of a Dialysis Program Coordinator to join our team! This is a fulltime position!

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of procedures and nursing policies, which will promote safe and constructive careInitial assessment of hemodialysis patient pre and post-treatmentSet up and operate hemodialysis equipmentRestock unit and monthly inventoryDirectly supervise the care of patients on hemodialysis and monitor the medical condition of patientsPrepare In-service training for new personnel

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of NursingBSN degree preferredCurrent State of Texas Nursing LicenseCurrent American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)Minimum one year of experience in Dialysis nursing
