FULL-TIME DAY SHIFT

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate openings for Dining Servers in our assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing departments.

You’ll work closely with nurses, aides, dieticians, and other dining staff to implement residents’ nutritional care plans. You’ll serve meals, create a pleasant dining experience, and in some cases, assist with feeding in accordance with state-approved Feeding Assistance training.

Compensation:  commensurate with experience starting at $16.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

Assist assigned residents with their dining needsDetermine need for assistance and provide support during mealsUse proper food handling techniques during service

What You’ll Need to Qualify:

High School diploma or GEDSix months experience in food service environment preferredSuccessfully complete food handling and preparation class prior to starting workAbility to recognize residents’ needs and respond with compassionAbility to work weekends and holidaysA solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude
