HCRS Employment Services support individuals with varying strengths and abilities to find and maintain quality employment in integrated, community-based work settings.

We want to hear from you if you have:

Flexibility, positive attitude, strong organizational and customer services skills; Experience with Supported Employment is highly preferred; Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges or transferrable skills that relate to this position, such as experience in marketing, sales, human resources, human services, education or training; Ability to collaborate with persons served, employers, colleagues in a team environment; A Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation; A High school diploma or GED, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; and

Salary range for this role is $20-$23 per hour
