UC Health is hiring a full-time, on-site, Nursing Director of Operations at UCMC. Under the direction of the CNO, or designee, the Director of Nursing Operations provides leadership to managers, supervisors, and/or professional staff to direct, administer, manage, and coordinate nursing operations and clinical practice at UC Medical Center (UCMC). This individual functions as an expert practice leader, educator, and coach while driving results surrounding efficiency, workflow, quality, safety, regulatory, and productivity that align with organizational priorities.
