This position participates in providing a total quality dining service program for senior residents. This includes detailed cleaning of dishware, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, equipment, and facilities to meet sanitation standards. Position may also perform a variety of food preparation duties such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea.
