Summary: Seeking a Distribution Center Team Member - Outbound for order fulfillment and shipping within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferably with 6 months of experience in a warehouse or production environment

Ability to read and comprehend English for effective product handling

Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment

Capable of operating or learning to use material handling equipment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in using RF devices for inventory management

Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations for shipping hazardous materials

Responsibilities:

Meet established KPIs including productivity, quality, safety, and attendance

Efficiently pull products from stock based on pick lists

Prioritize filling orders with products that have the earliest expiration dates

Pack products carefully ensuring safe and economical delivery

Verify product accuracy against invoices and ensure inclusion of all necessary literature

Comply with regulations for shipping hazardous materials

Maintain accuracy in manifest documents and select cost-effective shipping methods

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour
