Document Scanning Quality Control Analyst
The Document Scanning Quality Control Analyst will work at a client site in Springfield, VA as well as a government site in Alexandria, VA to provide support to government clients on a team of Document Scanning Specialists. They will provide quality control document scanning review support ensuring the quality of images meets and conforms to client standards. The Document Scanning Quality Control Analyst will be placed, based on operational need at a worksite in Springfield, VA or a government site in Alexandria, VA and may be asked to support both worksites. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide Quality Control support for the conversion of records from paper to electronic media • Ensure image quality of scanned documents meets and conforms to client standards • Organizing scanned documents on various local and network locations • Inventory and file project and document level data • Conduct document preparation including removal of binding material • Classification review of incoming documents to ensure documents are scanned to the appropriate platforms • Conversion of electronic images into PDF or TIFF formats QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance, preferably Top Secret SCI. Candidates with a Top Secret Clearance will be considered if they are eligible for a Top Secret SCI clearance with sponsorship upon acceptance of formal offer letter. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret clearance • High School or GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • 1 – 2 years of direct or equivalent experience. • Ability to communicate effectively – both orally and in writing. • Excellent customer service skills to adequately handle the needs of government program managers and their SMEs. • Extensive document scanning experience. • Familiarity with quality control checks and scanning procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat. • Detail-oriented with ability to work in a high-pressure environment handling sensitive and/or classified information while meeting multiple deadlines. • Experience level may be waived with government client or prime approval.
