Job Responsibilities and Duties:\n

This position will function as a maintenance electrician for East Boulder's surface facilities. Primary responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and productive work environment; assisting, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical, electronic and instrumentation systems, including high, medium, and low voltage circuits; AC and DC motors and associated variable speed drives; all types of electronic instrumentation; and PLC's, and the documentation related to them. As a secondary function, you may be required to assist with the plant distributive control system (DCS), surface mechanical work and the underground electrical crews as assigned by supervision.\n

Qualifications and Skills:\n

Required:\n\nElectrical maintenance or electrical construction experience with skills necessary to meet applicable task proficiency matrix.\nMust be able to read electrical schematics.\nWorking knowledge of NFPA 70E and NEC electrical standards.\nProven safety record.\nUnderstanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nIndependent work habits (ability to work with little or no supervision).\nExperience with PLC's Programming, ladder logic and Rockwell automation software.\nAble to meet minimum tool requirements for position.\n\n

Preferred:\n\nComputer skills.\nHigh voltage experience.\nElectrical license\/MSHA Electrical Certification Electrical license\/MSHA Certification.\n\n
