General Summary

The Chief Operating Officer develops strategies and deploys tactics to attain short- and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals. Plans and directs an organization's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Direct or coordinate an organization's financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. Develops operating budgets. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Works with business development to create a bidding pipeline. Ensures compliance with standards and regulations. Oversees the needs of the business, produce sustainable growth, and minimize risk.

Masters Degree 10 Years experience Business Development and Operations Strong attention to detail Effective organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financials Proficient in Microsoft Office
