Recruitment/Posting Title Faculty Position (Open Rank; multiple positions) Department NJMS-Office of Education Salary Commensurate With Experience Posting Summary The Rutgers New Jersey Medical School is seeking candidates for a non-tenure track faculty appointment. The successful candidate will be expected to join an existing multi-disciplinary team of faculty and staff, in the Office of Education, to teach and assess learning of gross anatomy, microanatomy, functional anatomy, medical imaging, histology, and embryology. The successful candidate will collaborate with both Basic Science and Clinical faculty as well as course leads to integrate and reinforce anatomical concepts throughout the curriculum. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with junior colleagues and mentor medical students. The candidates will also pursue educational innovation of the curriculum with use of a hybrid format with pro-sections and virtual as well as online learning to enhance teaching of anatomy concepts. Knowledge of human anatomy is essential to be considered for this position. The candidates should be a competent decision maker, a team player, and a creative problem solver.
