The FIRST Tech Challenge Assistant Coach will be responsible for all aspects of their assigned FTC team. Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, + Promoting FIRST Tech Challenge opportunities within the school district. + Supervising students at all team meetings. + Recruiting students for their team and keeping team roster records. + Helping to recruit mentors for their team. + Coordinating meeting times and locations with other FTC teams. + Coordinating equipment and material resources with other FTC teams. + Submitting parts and materials orders to the FTC Head Coach. + Arranging Team Sponsors through Grant Requests to fund the activities of their team. + Communicating with other FTC coaches, the district STEM Facilitator and building Principal(s) about team events, organization and resources.
