Key Position Details:

Allina Health Maplewood Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (no OB), an Internal Medicine, or IM Peds Physician to join their busy practice.  Primary care team has 2 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 NPs, 1 Pediatrician, 3 Internal Medicine PhysiciansServices offered: Eye exams, allergy, medical imaging, travel medicine, and mental health services36 patient contact hours per week - flexible, open to lower FTEMinimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage supportOutpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing familiesClinic hours are Monday-Friday: 7am-5pm and closed Saturday-SundayEMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation.

Job Requirements

MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training requiredBE/BC with ABMS or AOA requiredActive, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable ​ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days
