We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide Primary and Urgent Care services to the above patient population. Outpatient clinic is open Monday thru Friday from 9 to 9. Expectation is to work any day in clinic. On-call may be a requirement!

 

Pay is $100/hour as an Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

 

Managing participant’s overall careDiagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, HIV, Seizures, infections, and injuriesPrescribing medications and other treatments such as wound care or ectoparasite treatmentEducating participants on disease prevention and positive health and lifestyle choicesReview of all Health Assessments and determination of further treatment needed if applicableTo the extent the County requests, the Advanced Level Practitioner can order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays Qualifications Oregon Nurse Practitioner unrestricted licenseTwo years of current experience in a primary care, ER or Urgent care settingCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
