Responsibilities Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of salesResearch and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfactionHire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilitiesCoordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standardsAssist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reportingQualifications Previous experience leading and managing a teamExcellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skillsMust be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Requirements Ability to remain standing for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyShift Details
