We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GM Shop Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in servicing and repairing GM vehicles. As a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

GM Shop Foreman Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Assign work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and customer needs. Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of repair and service. Diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide technical guidance to technicians. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies. Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair status and address customer concerns. Stay up-to-date with GM technical bulletins and service procedures.
