MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Knowledge of basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
· Basic reading comprehension skills
· Must be able to:
o Use hand tools (such as Allen wrenches and screw drivers)
o Keep accurate and legible records
o Stand for extended periods of time
o Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· *Will set up and operate both lathe and centerless grinders, and lathe cutters
· * Meet production standards for operation and set up
· *Make minor set-up adjustments
· * Adhere to quality specifications
· *Read and understand precision gages (micrometer and snap gage)
· *Develop SPC charts
· *5S
· *Adhere to TSD Parker policies and safety requirements
· *Participate on High Performance Team(s)
· *May be required to cross train onto other equipment at a future date.
· * Other duties, as assigned
